M&B mentors and mentees commit to:
- A mentoring relationship for a defined period of time, as outlined by program.
- Attend a one-time orientation.
- Review the M&B Guidebook and complete the Navigating the Mentorship Relationship Worksheet.
- Monthly meetings with the mentee/mentor.
- Attend quarterly workshops hosted by the M&B team.
- Provide program improvement feedback to the M&B team.
